Crystal Palace and Ivory Coast winger Wilfried Zaha has tested positive for coronavirus and as such, will not be available for tonight’s premier League clash against Burnley.
He has before today featured in each of Crystal Palace’s last 59 Premier League games. The last game he missed was against Fulham on 2 February 2019.
Zaha is being replaced by Michy Batshuayi in Palace’s squad for tonight’s match at Turf Moor
Crystal Palace Manager Roy Hodgson, confirmed the news in a statement which read:
“He has testd positive unfortunately for coronavirus so is self-isolating, and is awaiting the results of the next test.
“He is not feeling particularly ill, but unfortunately the test proved (positive), and he is following the procedures”
